At High End Resort, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our Refund and Returns Policy below.

Returns

  1. Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

  2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:

    • Makeup products that have been opened or used
    • Gift cards
    • Sale items or special promotions (unless specified)

Refunds

  1. Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

  2. Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How to Return an Item

  2. Shipping Your Return: After receiving confirmation, securely pack the item in its original packaging and include your order number. Ship the item to the following address:

  3. Tracking: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different shade or product, please follow the return process outlined above, and then place a new order for the desired item.
